A Joint Venture between Singapore Telecom International and the Capital Development and Investment Company - a subsidiary of the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka, we are proud to have received the first Telecommunication Operator License (License No 1) upon liberalization of the Telecommunication Sector in Sri Lanka in 1991.
